La Conférence is a publication of the Young Brussels Bar Conference.
This institution, which falls under the Order of Attorneys of Brussels, is the privileged body of bar's public relations between its members, with regard to magistrates, other jurists of the judicial family, and the institutions of the country.

With a view to keeping the judicial family informed of its activities - both professional and recreational - it has since 1970 published a magazine that appears five times a year (seven times on an experimental basis in 2009-2010):La Conférence.

This magazine is sent by post to all legal experts in the Brussels judicial district: lawyers, magistrates, notaries, corporate legal experts and bailiffs. This magazine is also sent to a list of legal experts domiciled in other Belgian judicial districts.
